How To Feel Happy
Feeling happy is what we all want isn’t it? With my 1:1 clients I ask them not to use that word as it is too general.
Imagine if you were the Universe and you got an order from someone that all they wanted was to feel happy. Would you know what to send them? No. Neither does the Universe. We need to be specific when placing our order with the Universe.
Heart Not Head
Following on from my blog What Do You Want? where I offered some suggestions to get past that stuck place of not knowing what you want, you may also like to consider that making decisions from your heart not your head will lead to feeling more fulfilled and happy.
Our head is where our blocks, fears and limiting beliefs hang out. These are not permanent and with a bit of work we can soon overcome them. That happens to be my zone of genius with my groups and 1:1 clients, no matter how long you have had them.
Going for our dreams and ultimately our happiness would feel very different if we believed these 3 things:
- You couldn’t fail
- Everyone was behind you
- It was the best decision for you
What would you do if that was the case? I would love to know and if you wish to have my support drop me a message.
If you want to learn what a daily practice can do for you, Abundance Club is the place to hang out where I can support you to create yours.
