What I learnt from 2022 – Part 2 of 3

Personal Growth

I am a great believer in personal growth. We didn’t come here to be in victim mode, blaming circumstances and others for positions we all find ourselves in. We are the makers of our own realities, that means the good, the bad and the ugly.

When you become a conscious manifester, you become empowered to create a life you love.

Now, life doesn’t always go the way we think and ultimately we have come here to experience the human reality and with that are lessons and learnings.

I have found that, in all the things that have not gone the way I would have liked in life such as debt, divorce and illness to name a few, there is growth to be had in the form of lessons and learnings.

One of the things I talk about in my coaching programmes is finding the lesson, the learning, the gift and the blessing in all of life’s difficult situations. This takes you out of being in victim mode and gives you personal growth.

In every dark situation, I promise you, there is growth. It is not what you are going through but what you are growing through!

You might not see it when you are in the thick of it but you will afterwards if you give yourself time to reflect.

We always want more – and that’s ok!

When we are manifesting we think we will be happy when we have what it is we want. However, even when we have it, there will always be something else we want to manifest. It really is about the journey and not the destination.

2022 has taught me that it is ok to change your mind.

Out of three big manifestations from 2022 I shared last week

  • Moving to the coast in my 6-bedroom house, which was a dream come true.
  • Manifesting a relationship.
  • Biggest sales in my business to date

I have changed my mind on two of them.

The dream house by the sea is great, but it is too far away from what is important. I miss my family too much so I am manifesting to move back. It has taught me family is the most important thing.

The relationship is now over, it was not working out and whilst he is a nice man, we were not compatible.

Do I want a relationship in the future? I don’t honestly know but for now I am happy on my own as when you connect with your Angels you never feel alone!

Is your biological clock ticking?

Is your biological clock ticking?

Women have 2 biological clocks One of the things I have realised is, as women, we can have two biological clocks. The first starts ticking when we feel the pull to have children in our 20/30’s. The second happens much later in life when the family has grown up and we...
