I can’t tell you how good it is to be back at Angel HQ even if I am only slowly returning back to full speed.
Honestly, the last 3 weeks have been the worst I have experienced and I never want to go through that again.
I had a real fight on my hands and I am so grateful for all the wonderful care I have received in my hospital stay as they literally saved my life.
As with all difficult experiences in life comes a lesson and here is what I have learnt to date as I think we can all take this on board.
- We are not in control.
- Life is fragile and should be cherished.
- Live for each moment.
- Thing things you think are important are not.
- Life must not be wasted, we have to go for what we want.
- Don’t think you have time, as you might not.
- Don’t have a life of regrets.
- Never underestimate the value of health. It is the ultimate manifestation.
I’m sure more lessons will land and I will share as they do. It has certainly made me re-think my life and what I want.
I am extremely moved by all the incredible healing that was sent to me I know it made a difference the the rapid recovery I am making.
This whole experience has left its impact and it is always our own responsibility to heal from that.
I was left quite traumatised from some things that happened in hospital and had extreme anxiety when I first came home I was really struggling to sleep as I felt I wouldn’t be able to breath. Our unconscious mind is a complicated thing and can’t be rationalised with. Thankfully I reached out to my NLP coach and one session later had cleared the anxiety.
If you have followed my journey for a while you will know what an avid fan I am of NLP and why I did my own training on it and often offer it with my own 1:1 clients as especially Time Line Therapy offers such a great starting place for coaching to be free of the 5 main negative emotions from all your life – fear, anger, sadness, hurt and guilt. It is so liberating! Click here to find out more about working 1:1 with me.
Also, as if by magic a wonderful lady who is on the same coaching programmes I am on and does Kinesiology happened to be visiting nearby. She came to see me and did an incredible healing session for me. I am sat here smiling as one of the things on my vision board was natural medicine and wanted to explore it but no idea how to start. Looks like it just found me.
One of the things that happened when I was very ill was my daily practice went out the window, whilst I had a quite a few deeply spiritual experiences and left my body on a few occasions I was not doing my usual daily connections the things I teach in Spiritual Bootcamp. Even though I wasn’t connecting like I usually would I was still connected if that makes sense. I was still experiencing their support and that was hugely comforting as I navigated those very difficult days.
I do hope you can take something from this that will lead you to take action on the life you want too. Everything we want is out there and we just need to call it in.
