Such an obvious statement isn’t it – all we have is now!

Sure it is true but how often do we forget that is exactly all we have. There are no guarantees and world tragedies that go on, prove as a real reminder that we need to live for now.

Tomorrow holds no guarantees, it might not even turn up. No good saying I will be happy when I have lost weight, moved house, changed my job, got a new relationship. We have to be happy right now with exactly what we do have.

We have recently been away and coming home in the car the radio was on. A horrid song came on the radio the one that gives you an instant headache! (Probably showing my age here, but I am sure you know the type I mean).

I instantly go for the button to switch it over and my son say, no Mum leave it on, it will be over with in two and half minutes. My reply was no, that is two and half minutes I will never get back and I want to be as happy as I can all of the time. I love listening to my happy music and have lots of hints and tips I share with my 1:1 clients on how to be happy now. I don’t want to put up with headache music that makes me feel stressed. I want to feel uplifted and sing along, feel happy now as all we have is now!

It is no good wishing your life away. My son could see the value in this and agreed. So whatever your facing, whatever is going on in your life look for the things to be grateful now. It doesn’t need to be big things. Gratitude is a huge game changer.

I like to list at least 10 things I am grateful for each day, things like blue sky, laughter, nice conversations, cups of tea.

I am sure if you ask your Angel to help you find things to be grateful you will list far more than you thought you might.

Ask your Angel to help you to live in the moment, live for now. What can you do to make that moment more pleasurable, it might be like for me changing the radio station, but whatever you do don’t wish your life away.
