No More Chocolate Cravings
I recently went away from my family for 12 whole days. This is the longest period I’ve ever been away from my kids. I knew this was something I had to do to get myself back on track. I’d been struggling for a while with my asthma flaring up and other difficult issues in my life.
I went away to do some training and I am now a qualified NLP Coach, Hypnotherapist and Time Line™ Practitioner. I documented my journey on social media and wanted to share it all with you here as well, to enable you to access it all in one place.

Since I returned from my training I’ve been using my new skills to help my clients get unstuck without having to delve into all the content. The results have been amazing!
