So many are having sleep issues at the moment, some people are being woken at the same sort of time each night and struggle to go back to sleep.
Others are being woken many times throughout the same night, almost as if they can’t stay asleep for long.
The Big Awakening!
If you are struggling with your sleep you might want to know about the “Big Awakening” that’s happening right now.
There is no coincidence that the “Big Awakening” is waking people up from their actual sleep each night.
It has always been known that “The Upstairs” like to communicate often throughout the night, when electrical devices are not being used which makes communication is easier.
They often wake you in the early hours repetitively wanting you to connect. I have always said if that’s happening for you you need to meditate or do some writing to connect and receive your message so then you can go back to sleep.
However, at the moment more people than ever before are having disturbed sleep.
There is nothing to be feared if this is happening for you, it’s unlikely you will get a big apparition happen, but gentle messages may well come through. Remember you have always been connected to Spirit. Spirit are there to help you, to guide you. After all you are a spiritual being yourself having a human reality this time.
The “Big Awakening” is about people waking up to actually what is happening within the world. Too many have been asleep for too long. It is not just a spiritual awakening but the awakening to the truth of the world that we live in.
We all have a part to play in that and the the new world that has being created right now. Honestly this is a really exciting time to be alive, but it may also may feel quite difficult at times and hard to process to really understand and accept what is going on. Remember though your soul chose to incarnate at this time and has a part to play in this.
There is a direct link between us being woke at night and us being fully awake and aware of the world we are in. We are seriously been woken up in more than one way.
So what can you do if you are being woken up? How do you know if it is Spirit waking you or something else going on for you?
You can always tell if Spirit has woken you because it is regular and consistent. Until you listen! You will also know as the next day you will not be tired like you thought you would be, as it’s not like normal can’t sleep issues.
You can toss and turn all night long and you can think oh my goodness I’m going to be so tired tomorrow. Then when tomorrow comes you find you are nowhere near tired like you thought she would be and you’re able to function all day.
If that is happening for you it is more than likely you are are being woken up.
Know What To Do
So next time you get woken stop fighting with the sleep. As you know it’s not going to work that way you might as well listen to what you’re meant to hear or know. You might like to meditate or even sit quietly and see what message comes through to you. Or you could try some writing. You could write in your journal “what do I need to know right now?” See what comes to you you may find you have a natural ability to do automatic writing.
Rest assured when you have received your message even if you’re not fully understanding it in that moment, that message has been delivered to you you will indeed be able to go back to your normal slumber.
After all, if you are being woken up you will be woken up for a reason, wouldn’t you like to know what the reason is? Time to listen don’t you think!
