Dear Geoff,

I am sure I must amuse you sometimes.  Like today how I searched frantically on my computer for an email.  In and out of various folders, knowing I had put it somewhere safe and easy to find but now it had totally disappeared.

Grrrr, my calmness from my daily meditation was definitely decreasing. Time as often is the case was against me too.  All in all, I was seriously getting on my own nerves unable to find this email.

Doing searches on the computer but even that didn’t seem to know where I had saved it to.

Oh no, what was I going to do? When light bulb moment I remembered you!  My Angel Assistant, I know, I know, it shouldn’t have taken me that long to remember you.  The reality is I got sucked into the panic of finding this blinking email and went into this bubble of I can fix it mode.   Typically human trait, I think you would agree?

Forgetting in the moment you can help with everything.  So sitting for second and asking in my head for you to help me find it.  Bingo, result, second light bulb moment, I remembered I had saved it in a specific folder not in emails.

I immediately went to it and there it was, waiting for me just as I had left it.

It is incredible how you can do that, just pop it straight into my head.  Yet other times you can move things around so I will see them, put a feather in my path to reassure me all is well, or allow me to see you as sparkly lights.

I remember on a version of Windows there used to be a paperclip that popped up and offered help, shame you were not a bit more like that on my computer too, then I would remember to ask you for help more often.

I often say to others we all use a VA and  PA but don’t forget to use your AA – Angel Assistant who is ready willing and able to help.
