How can the Angels help with your worries? How can we take control of this often totally unnecessary thing we do, that can take over our lives, destroying today of all its happiness.
How do you give your worries to the Angels, it sounds so easy, but really how do you do it. Does it really work?
Yes, tell them, write it down and release it. Put it in an Angel Worry Box, or maybe you want to burn your letter.
But what if you are still worrying, you just can’t help yourself.
More than likely you are doing more than worrying, but going into fear and that has to be worked through rationally with your Angels giving you support and guidance all the way.
By asking yourself some simple questions it will help you fears from rising and becoming irrational, we all do it from time to time, allowing the negative to creep in and take over, so we end up worrying about things we don’t even need to give any energy to. As the more we worry the worse it seems, so by asking yourself three simple questions it can alleviate some unnecessary worry.
So here are the questions, which can simply make all the difference. Just ask yourself these questions and see what comes up for you.
- What is the worst that can happen with this situation?
- What is the best that can happen with this situation?
- What is likely to happen with this situation?
By establishing these answers it will help you get your concerns and worries in proportion. Realising your worries are escalating the problem and making you feel worse.
Each time you feel the fear rising or maybe anxiety coming in, go over the questions and keep it real.
Ask your Angels to support you with the issue and the likely outcome, ask for strength or whatever else you need to see you through this period.
Sometimes we are worrying about other people’s problems because we are caring people, this again is often something out of our control and maybe doesn’t need to be draining our energy, so owning only your own problems is important. Yes, of course supporting and being there for others is important to but not at our own detriment.
Focus on just one thing at a time and only allowing yourself to have concerns about what is happening that day. We should only take one day at a time, as there are no guarantees that tomorrow will come.
Focusing on the joy, love and happiness you already have in your life will help too, it will also help to make a list of these things. By focusing on them will bring more of them into your life and less worries. A x
