Dear Geoff
As you know I have been today to meet someone new to sort my website out. It was an early appointment, early than I would have liked, in fact far too early for half term, as you know I enjoy not having to be up and out by 8.30. But I am sure you had a reason behind it. So I am sorry my usual morning meditation and check in with you was done en-route, so to speak!
Today my first sign you gave me that this meeting was right, was a fluffy feather that appeared from nowhere and floated past my car on the way there. Thank you, it was great confirmation after the last experience with my website you know I needed to be really sure. But I do apologise, I know I should just trust you more and one sign should be enough, but I really felt I needed an extra one today, so I cheekily asked for another, just as extra confirmation.
By the way, thanks for the parking space. Initially, I thought you could have got it closer but I then I realised only last night I was looking at the firewood basket and thinking it is getting a bit past its best. You got me a space right outside a shop that I didn’t even know was there, it had lovely baskets outside, so I will now where to come when I need a new one for the fire wood!
I parked the car and headed over to the café we were meeting in, all the time thinking “come on, where is my extra sign”. I could feel the unease in my tummy, thinking maybe this is not right. Then just as I was to walk in the door, there it was – another feather just in the doorway, phew. I immediately relaxed and you gave me the confirmation I needed with the meeting. But to be fair Geoff, you don’t half leave it to the last minute!
The meeting was great and I was really impressed with all she had to say and offer me. The price though seemed a little out of my budget, so I asked you again if this was right. You told me yes. But I asked for a sign. You said it was be a car, so I stared to watch the registrations going past, thinking it was be synchronicities in the number plates, but nothing seemed to be appearing. We continued to chat over things and there it was a really old fashioned car went passed and I said to the lady, I had just had my sign. But as I said it, it didn’t feel right. The meeting came to an end and I went away to go and think about things. As we both got outside we said our goodbyes and she headed to her car. I couldn’t believe it, we both have the same car and colour and she was parked exactly where I thought I would have been. I immediately knew that was my sign as it just felt right.
Thanks Geoff, you do make me smile, I love the way you make me work things out, but I always know you are there no matter what.
With love and thanks as always. A x
