What A Strange Old Week
What a strange old week.
Foggy heads and feeling faint.
Feeling like we want to hibernate.
Thank goodness I am not alone.
In experiencing this horrid state.
People even who are normally straight
Who don’t talk about energies and fate
Are feeling the pressure in their head
The foggy haze that will not bate
Questions asked no answers found
Feeling like we want to ground
What is going on you ask?
Simple trust, you simple man
We can see what lies ahead
At the moment you need not to run
Take stock, no decisions, clear your head
Sleep when needed, rest indeed
Water plenty, as much as can
Outside is good, bare feet a plan
This will come and will go
In time for you fear not about is so
We expect times like this
Get used to them, more will show
The more you recognise these signs
The quicker you can overcome,
The silly things that make you “ho hum”
And generally feel quite glum
Peace and breathe, relax and trust
Soon you will smile not frown
And get back up and no more down.
